Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 15th September 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the location of the first floor windows in the northern elevation of 2 Piccadilly, and their position in relation to the rear patio area and garden area of the neighbouring property, the insertion of glazed windows, represents an unacceptable form of development that increases the perception of being overlooked. As such, the proposed glazing would detract from the amenity of the occupants of 1 Piccadilly contrary to policies G1, H12 and H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.
