Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That details of the door shall be submitted at a scale of 1:20 to, and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To ensure the details of the works enhance the character and appearance of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
