That, having regard to the height, siting and appearance of the fence and its prominent location adjacent to the road, the proposal would introduce an inappropriate urban form of development which would detract from the character and visual amenity of the area which lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As such the proposal would be contrary to Policies G1 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, to Policies G2 and C2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and Policy EA17 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
