Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1, H12, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of works, a full schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, H 12, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a sample brick panel has been erected and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The walls of the extension shall comply with the approved sample brick panel.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with Policies G1, H12, CON6 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls or roof of the development hereby approved facing east
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
