Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the parking area will be surfaced in accordance with a scheme to be agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of the development. The surface shall be designed to be wheelchair friendly. Reason: To accord with Policy G12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the construction of the bridges, and the bunds, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, prior to the commencement of any works. Reason: To ensure that the details fo the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the bunds to be agreed under the provisions of condition 3 above shall not include any bunds or other storage of excavated material within the area shown of the flood maps to be within an area liable to flood. Reason: As the site is located within an area liable to flood In accordance with Policy G16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
