Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the brick piers shall be of the same, colour type and texture as those used in the construction of the extension to the house. 

Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
