Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That, notwithstanding the detail on dwg no RAF 10.0, the existing skirting shall be retained in situ and a new skirting to match existing shall be installed at the level of the raised floor. Reason: In the interest of retaining historic fabric in situ in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
