That a detailed schedule of works for the treatment of the rear elevation of the existing building following demolition of the existing lean to shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
