Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That at the expiration of a period of five years from the date of this permission the buildings shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason In view of the temporary nature and form of the buildings and to secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
