That, having regard to the increase in roof height and the extension to the west elevation in relation to the close proximity with number 104 Church Road, the extension is considered to create a significant loss of light to the neighbouring property and would be oppressive, as such it is harmful to the amenity of the occupiers of 104 Church Road, contrary to Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.

That, having regard to the increase in roof height and width of the house the dwelling will appear cramped, detrimental to the character and appearance of the street scene, contrary to Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy G6 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.
