That having regard to the location of the first floor bedroom window in the gable of the northern elevation and its position in relation to the ground and first floor rear windows of the neighbouring property, the increase in the size of the window, over that approved, represents an unacceptable form of development that increases the perception of being overlooked. As such the window detracts from the residential amenity of the occupants of Springdale House contrary to Policies G1, H4 and H11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan Policies G2 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and Policy BP5 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
