Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the cold room shall be removed from the land at the expiration of a period of five years from the date of this permission or earlier if the use in connection with the storage of flowers ceases and the  land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason. Because of the temporary nature of the structure and in order to safe guard the character and appearance of the Nuneham Courtenay Conservation Area in accordance with Policy CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That those walls of the cold room which remain uncolourcoated shall be colour coated to match those existing colourcoated walls within one month of the date of this planning permission.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Nuneham Courtenay Conservation Area in accordance with Policies C1 and CON8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
