Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and finish of all windows and doors has been submitted at a scale of 1:50 and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
