That details of the new steps and balustrades shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building are satisfactory and comply with the requirements of Policy CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
