Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That, in accordance with the details contained in the method statement, a photographic record shall be made of all the exposed surfaces and structures following the removal of the dry lining. A copy of the photographic record shall be submitted to the Local Planning authority during the progress of the works.
Reason: To ensure that a record is made of internal features in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, where new lintels are required, a full specification of size and materials and method of installation shall be submitted to and approved in writing prior to such installation.
Reason: To safeguard the historic character of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That, where historic surfaces are proposed to be rendered, a lime based plaster shall be used.
Reason: As the use of cement render on nineteenth century brickwork would trap moisture to the detriment of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
