Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification including a plan at scale 1:20 showing the new single glazed door in elevation and section has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the external finish of the flues and the doors to the new boiler room has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That works shall not begin until a detailed schedule of works for the installation of the door replacing existing windows and making good the walls and the reinstatement of the wall following the removal of the existing boiler house has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies G8 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
