Planning Application Details

That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding details which refer to these matters in the application, the existing trees on the land shall be protected in accordance with British Standard 5837 'Trees in relation to Construction' and in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented as approved prior to the commencement of the development and retained throughout the course of the works. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important and in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That development shall not commence until a detailed specification of the surface of the court indicating the method of dealing with surface water drainage has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollutionin accordance with Policy G6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
