Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials for the walls and roof shall be of the same type, colour and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To safeguard the character of the existing building and of the area in general in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior grant of planning permission by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the first floor window in the side elevation of the two storey extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the accommodation and retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That not withstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed in the first floor side elevation of the two storey extension other than those expressly authorised by this permission Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
