That the extension of the dormers through the infilling of the gaps in the existing dormers would lead to the creation of a larger and continuous box dormer on the front of the property detracting from the character and appearance of the existing dwelling house and would be detrimental to the visual amenity of the street scene. As such it woudl be contrary to policies G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft September 2003 and Section 4.4 part BD11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
