Decision
Refusal of Consent to Display an Advertisement on 12th May 2005
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That, having regard to the size, siting and design of sign B on the submitted plan, it would adversely affect the visual amenity of the area and detract from the character of the Orchard Centre and the integrity of the individual shopfront contrary to policies G1 and G13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and AD1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft.

Advertisement consent is granted for signs A, C and D as they would not adversely affect the visual amenity of the area and would not detract from the character of the Orchard Centre or the integrity of the individual shopfront and comply with Development Plan Policies.
