Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That glass block shall be used to glaze the dormer window in the south elevation of the extension and shall be thereafter retained. No other type of glass shall be used. Reason: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of nearby neighbouring properties in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a fence at the height of 1.5m shall be erected and maintained along the south boundary of the site. Reason: To protect the amenity of the occupiers of nearby neighbouring properties in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
