Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the building shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application as a cricket pavilion with changing rooms ancillary to Moulsford Preparatory School and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, the proposed new pavilion building shall be constructed so that the rear wall (to the south) of the building is on a line one metre to the north of the line of the rear wall of the existing building to be removed. Reason: In order to safeguard the lime tree which is visually important and in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application the foundations of the proposed new pavilion shall be as set out on the plan accompanying letter dated 27 April 2005 received from the agent. Reason: To safeguard the lime tree which is visually important and in accordance with policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing trees and hedges on the land shall be protected in accordance with British Standards 5837 'Trees in relation to Construction' and in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development and retained during the course of the works. Reason: To safeguard trees and hedges which are visually important and in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
