That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That notwithstanding any indications as to those matters which may have been given in the application, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority full details including the size of and samples of the stone sets to be used and the colour of the sides and bottom of the swimming pool. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies G8 and CON7 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
