That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the extensions to the existing property, shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof of the garage/car port shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the existing hedges on the land shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
