That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Related application(s): P10/W0135/DIS

That notwithstanding anything contained in the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no additional windows shall be constructed in the walls of the development hereby approved facing east, west or south Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G1, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the converted building shall be used only for the purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse and shall remain as an ancillary building to the main dwelling and shall not be sold or let separately from it. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the proposed rooflights in the eastern elevation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of develoment. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to safeguard the character of the area and to comply with Policies G1, H12, CON7 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the rooflights shall have a cill height of at least 1.8m above finished floor level. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly and to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
