Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of 20 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued. Reason: That although the use is considered to be acceptable, the quarry in which the use is sited is due to be restored. A temporary permission is considered to be required to ensure that the restoration may occur, in accordance with Policy G1 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the land shall be used on no more than 28 days in total in any calendar year and on no more than one occasion in any 7 day period. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy R4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That shooting shall take place only between the hours of 17:00 and 21:00 in the evening. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy R4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That only 'low noise' cartridges shall be used for shooting. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy R4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the direction of shooting, and the stand location and provision of acoustic baffles, shall be as indicated on drawing 3487/SP1 as set out in the 'Assessment of the noise impact' report from Alan Saunders associates which accompanied the application. Reason: To protect local amenities in accordance with Policy R4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
