That the loose boxes hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes incidental to the enjoyment of Home Farm House as a dwelling and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality and to comply with Policies G1 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
