That, having regard to the tandem form of development, the proposed development would be out of character with the frontage development in the locality and be detrimental to the visual amenity of the area contrary to policies G1 and H4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2 and H4 of the South Oxfordshire 2011 Second Deposit Draft and Part 4 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
That insufficient information accompanies the application to demonstrate that two dwellings in the locations shown, would not result in an unneighbourly form of development, or affect trees of amenity importance contrary to policies G1, H4 and C16 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G2, H4 and C10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan Second Deposit Draft.
