As such, the proposal would be contrary to policies G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and policies G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft and the advice given in section 4.6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
