Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the use of the proposed office accommodation shall be limited to Class B1 (a) of the Schedule of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, (i.e. office use only). Reason: To safeguard the character of the area, in accordance with Policy E9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the ground floor to be used as B1 Office accommodation shall be restricted to the area shown on the proposed floor plan (05005-P03) accompanying the application. Reason: The scale of the proposed office development would not be detrimental to the character and amenity of the area in accordance with Policy E9 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
