Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That details of the windows and doors shall be shown on a drawing at a scale of 1:20 and shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the two rooflights in the north east elevation shall be conservation style rooflights only. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
