That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the building in accordance with Policy CON4 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That, details of the windows and doors shall be shown on a drawing at a scale of 1:20 and shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan

That the two rooflights in the north east elevation shall be a conservation style rooflights only. Reason: To ensure that details of the development are satisfactory and in accordance with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
