Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That prior to the demolition of the barn hereby approved, a full written and photographic report shall be commissioned and obtained from a professional building archaeologist as a permanent record of the barn and this shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of this part of the designated Conservation Area of which this building forms an important constituent part in accordance with Policy G2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011.
