Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

The house in multiple occupation hereby approved shall be occupied only by staff employed by the Watlington Care Home. When the premises cease to be occupied by such persons, the use hereby permitted shall cease and the premises restored to a use as a single family dwellinghouse. Reason: That permission is granted having regard to the needs of the local employer and to ensure that the proposal does not result in conditions prejudicial to highway safety in accordance with Policies G2, H11 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the existing parking space shall be retained for domestic parking only and the existing garage accommodation shall be retained as such and shall not be adapted for living purposes without the prior written consent of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that adequate on site parking is provided in accordance with Policies G2, H11 and T1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

No development shall take place before a scheme of sound insulation between the house in multiple occupation hereby permitted and the attached property has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter these works shall be carried out as approved prior to the commencement of the use. Reason: To ensure that the residential amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers is not harmed in accordance with Policies G2 and H11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

No development shall take place until full details of facilities to be provided for the storage of refuse bins within the site have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority and these works shall be carried out as approved prior to the commencement of the use. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G2 and H11 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
