Kingwood Common comprises a scatter of development that does not have a range of services and facilities and lies within the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Furthermore the proposal would consolidate the existing scatter of development in an unsustainable location and would neither preserve nor enhance the natural beauty and special landscape quality of the area.
