Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 9th March 2006
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposed development would result in the loss of two Norway Maple trees that belong to a group of trees which represents an important local landscape feature. The loss of these trees would reduce the contribution the group of trees makes to the character and appearance of the surrounding area. The proposal would therefore be contrary to adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Policies G2 and C9.
That the proposed development would be located in a position that would be inconvenient for disabled persons to access Henley College. The proposal would therefore be contrary to adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Policies T1 and D7.
