That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the ground floor window in the north-eastern (rear) elevation of the w.c. hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the glazing in the first floor external door in the north-western elevation of the garage shall be glazed in obscure glass and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy H13 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the roofspace above the garage shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character and amenities of the area in accordance with Policies G2, G6 and C2 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
