Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That at the end of a period of 5 years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent will lapse and the advertisements hereby approved shall be removed unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: By virtue of Regulation 18 (4) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992.

That the materials and finishes to be used for the shop fascia sign shall be strictly in accordance with the specification contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: In order to achieve a satisfactory appearance and preserve the appearance of the Conservation Area in accordance with policies G1, G13 and CON12 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
