Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That a detailed schedule of works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works. Thereafter the works shall be undertaken as approved. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the listed building in accordance with Policies CON3, CON4 and CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a detailed historic building record should be carried out and submitted for approval by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any works. Reason: To safeguard the identification and recording of features of historic and/or archaeological interest associated with the fabric of the building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
