Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing stable buildings.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with policies G1 and C2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the land and building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of Abbotsfield as such, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To safeguard the character and amenities of the area in accordacne with policies G1 and C2 of the Adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
