Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in application S.15/05 as shown on plan numbers LP01, SP01, FP01, FL/2005/0153564-1 and /0153564-3 accompanying the application except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Director for Environment & Economy. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date hereof. Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91 (1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.

That the prefabricated building shall be erected on block stilts rather than using foundations. Reason: To mitigate the impact on trees to the northern and western boundary. (Policies: C2, C16 (SOLP))

That the soakaways shall be positioned at the southern end of the prefabricated classroom unit. Reason: To mitigate the impact on trees to the northern and western boundary. (Policies: C2, C16 (SOLP))

That a method statement for the installation of the prefabricated classroom unit shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Director for Environment & Economy prior to commencement of the works. Reason: To mitigate the impact on trees to the northern and western boundary. (Policies: C2, C16 (SOLP))

That the building be painted in accordance with a colour scheme to be approved in writing by the Director for Environment & Economy and those colours shall not be changed without the written authority of the Director for Environment & Economy. Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development. (Policies: C2 (SOLP))

That the colour of the external walls of the prefabricated building shall not be changed without the written authority of the Director for Environment & Economy. (Policies: C2 (SOLP)). Reason: To ensure the finishes are compatible with the surrounding development.
