Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the new windows and rainwater goods shall match those of the existing building in type, design and external finish.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.

That the materials to be used for the new chimney shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing chimneys.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C3 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the colour of the cement render to be used for the new extension shall be of the same colour, type and texture as that used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8, C3 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
