That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority section and elevation details of all new windows and doors at a scale of 1:20.
