Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the replacement of any roof timbers, the exact details of the work shall be agreed on site with the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the work to the roof timbers shall be in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That where dismantling is proposed, details of the building fabric shall be recorded and submitted to the Local Planning Authority for written approval. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to works being undertaken, an agreed specification for the archaeological watching brief for the drainage works shall first be submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure the satisfactory preservation of the Listed Building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
