As such it would be contrary to Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan, Policies G2, G6 and H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 Second Deposit Draft, and to Section 4.6 of the South Oxfordshire Design Guide.
