Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That a sample of the granite setts shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That a sample of the bricks to be used for the replacement piers and for the single course to the front boundary shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any work commences. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the natural stone to be used in the construction shall be laid with a traditional lime mortar mix and in a random rubble pattern with the joints finished with flush bagged pointing. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area and to ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1 and CON6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
