Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the stable block shall be erected using dark stained timber boarding and shall be so retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the stable block hereby approved shall be used solely in connection with the residential use of Greenacre and shall not at any time be used in connection with any trade or business.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G1, C3 and R10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the commencement of any other development to which this permission relates, the means of access between the land and the highway shall be formed, laid out and constructed strictly in accordance with the specification of the means of access attached hereto, and all ancillary works therein specified shall be undertaken strictly in accordance with the said specification.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That prior to the first use of the stable block, the parking and turning areas as shown on drawing reference 1232/1 shall be provided and shall be constructed, laid out, surfaced, drained and completed, and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking and turning of vehicles at all times.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience in accordance with Policy G11 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That details of the surface treatment of the new access shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of any development.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policies G1 and C3 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
