That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That a full photographic record of the room recording the existing panelling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works.
Reason: To preserve the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That a detailed schedule of works for the treatment of the walls following the removal of the panelling shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any further works proceed.
Reason: To ensure that the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building are protected in accordance with Policy CON5 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
