Having regard to its excessive size and unsatisfactory roof design the proposed garden shed and carport would result in a form of development that would detract from the setting of 31 Upper High Street, a Grade II Listed Building, and would fail to preserve or enhance the character and appearance of the Thame Conservation Area.
