Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That prior to the erection of the garage, details of the finish to the garage shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G1, G8 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That prior to the first use of the garage, details of a planting scheme shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy C16 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That all planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved scheme of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner; and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings in accordance with Policy G9 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
